Legalization Requirements for commercial documents from Poland or Finland
  • All documents should be legalized first by Polish/Finish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Legalization fees of 69.75 Euros for EACH document must be transferred to the Embassy’s account below.
  • Original documents should be sent in addition to a copy of the bank transfer order of the fees.
  • The sender will be informed via E-mail after finishing legalizing the documents, to order a courier (DHL, FEDES, UPS, etc…) to return the documents.

Legalization Requirements for academic and civil status documents issued in Poland or Finland, like: (School and university certificates, powers of attorney, birth certificates etc.)

  • All documents should be legalized by Polish/Finish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Legalization fees of 11.25 Euros for EACH document should be transferred to the Embassy’s account below.
  • A self-addressed return envelope is required plus 5 Euros cash for postal service.
  • Contact details of the sender like, Phone no. and E-mail address.

    • لغاية تصديق الوثائق الشخصية الصادرة من بولندا أو فنلندا كالشهادات المدرسية أو الجامعية أو وكالات وشهادات الميلاد، يرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية:

    1. يجب ان تكون جميع الوثائق مصدقة من وزارة خارجية بولندا أو فنلندا.

    2. يجب تحويل قيمة الرسوم القنصلية البالغة 11.25 يورو لكل وثيقة الى حساب السفارة الرسمي المدون أدناه وارسال صورة عن الحوالة البنكية مع الوثائق الاصلية الى السفارة.

    3. يرجى ارفاق مغلف بريدي معنون بالاضافة الى مبلغ 5 يورو نقداً لنتمكن من اعادة الوثيقة بريدياً.

    4.يرجى تزويدنا برقم الهاتف وعنوان البريد الالكتروني لنتمكن من التواصل مع الشخص صاحب العلاقة.
